CVZ was an exclusive sponsor of the Greenskeeper event/venue on behalf of its Phoenix-based lab, Laser Optics, which is certified for Teflon Clear Coat Lenses.
The FBR Open, formerly called the Phoenix Open, featured PGA Tour favorites, such as Chris DiMarco, John Daly, and defending champion Phil Mickelson. The tournament typically draws the largest gallery of any golf tournament in the world, with more than 500,000 spectators annually. It is also the largest charitable event in the Phoenix area, raising approximately $6 million annually.
