Zeiss takes over partner's products
Following the conclusion of the five-year extension of their agreement, Carl Zeiss Meditech has acquired all manufacturing assets from Welch Allyn of their glaucoma diagnostic products, including the Humphrey FDT Visual Field Instrument.

Following the conclusion of the five-year extension of their agreement, Carl Zeiss Meditech has acquired all manufacturing assets from Welch Allyn of their glaucoma diagnostic products, including the Humphrey FDT Visual Field Instrument.
The companies signed the new agreement, which relates mainly to intellectual property and manufacturing rights as well as design expertise, on November 5. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
