VISX, Medjet share research on waterjet, might unite

Santa Clara, CA-VISX Inc. will pay Medjet Inc. to pursue new ophthalmictechnologies and products in exchange for a 1-year option to acquire alloutstanding Medjet common stock in a merger transaction that would pay $2cash per share.
