Shuler joins AMO/VISX

Santa Ana, CA-Mich?l Shuler has joined Advanced Medical Optics [AMO]/VISX as the new laser vision correction director of global strategic accounts. Primarily working with VISX technology, he will assist management with key accounts domestically and internationally.

Santa Ana, CA-Michael Shuler has joined Advanced Medical Optics [AMO]/VISX as the new laser vision correction director of global strategic accounts. Primarily working with VISX technology, he will assist management with key accounts domestically and internationally.

Shuler has 35 years of experience in ophthalmic business and sales, having held sales management positions at Syntex Ophthalmics, CooperVision, and Storz Ophthalmics. He was director of sales at VISX from 1995 to 2002 and subsequently was vice president of business development for WaveLight.
