Bausch & Lomb loses appeal; U.S. sales limited
Rochester, NY-A federal circuit appeals court has upheld a ruling that Bausch & Lomb's PureVision contact lenses infringe a patent owned by CIBA Vision that the company uses for its silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
