Vision Expo West registration opens

Registration has opened for International Vision Expo West. More than 13,000 eye care professionals are expected to attend the event, which will be held in the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas from Sept. 21 to 25.

Norwalk, CT-Registration has opened for International Vision Expo West. More than 13,000 eye-care professionals are expected to attend the event, which will be held in the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas from Sept. 21 to 25.

“Today’s eye care professional demands educational tools and customized business solutions for a healthy practice and healthy patients,” said Tom Loughran, vice president of Reed Exhibitions. “We pride ourselves on being able to offer something for everyone-from the latest in fashion and trends to stellar education taught by the leading authorities.”

New this year, the continuing education program encompasses three core competencies: disease diagnosis, treatment, and management; clinical application of products; and healthy business solutions. There will be 388 hours of education available-an increase of more than 80 hours from last year.
