Two-stage LASIK favored in post-PKP eyes

San Francisco-LASIK should be performed as a two-step procedure in eyes that have undergone penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) since creation of a lamellar flap can induce significant against-the-rule astigmatism, said Adriana S. Forseto, MD.
