Topcon Medical System launches revamped Web site

Paramus, NJ-Topcon Medical Systems (TMS) launched a more high-tech feel, easier-to-use Web site with new features.

Paramus, NJ-Topcon Medical Systems (TMS) launched a more high-tech feel, easier-to-use Web site with new features.

According to Paul Iwasaki, president of TMS, the Web site will allow the company to utilize the latest Internet technology to provide customers with the most up-to-date information in a user-friendly and efficient format.

The TMS Web site will also include an internal search engine and a visual interface for easier site navigation. A picture thumbnail will be displayed to directly click on a product without drop-down menus and an user's exact location will be visible for easy back track to the previous page.

Other features of the Web site include video testimonials, digital brochures, trade articles, and instruction manuals. Files can be easily downloaded and printed directly from each product page.

Technical support and additional product info will be available on each product page. A dealer locator function powered by Google maps will aid in locating authorized dealers. Company news and press releases will also be provided to the customer on the site.

Enhancements to the site, such as new features and functionality will be added in the coming months.
