Small-angle or intermittent esotropia likely to resolve

Los Angeles-Small-angle esotropia and intermittent esotropia may spontaneously resolve in patients who are less than 20 weeks of age, according to Kenneth Wright, MD. In contrast, constant esotropia greater than 40 prism diopters is not likely to resolve.
