SurgiLight names CEO, CFO: SurgiLight's board chairman, Colette Cozean, PhD, and director Stuart E. Michelson, PhD, have agreed to become chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively, while retaining their board seats. Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Timothy J. Shea, 45, was promoted to president. Cozean, 44, previously was founder, chairman, and CEO of Premier Laser Systems and holds numerous patents.
