Ridley Day: Rayner honors Ridley; donates 1,000 IOLs
London-As part of its annual celebration of the day on which Sir Harold Ridley implanted the first IOL, Rayner Intraocular Lenses has donated a day's production of lenses to two charities that restore sight to people in developing countries.
