Respect for employees puts Alcon on 'best' list

Fort Worth, TX-Alcon Inc. is one of America's best companies for which to work because of the respect it shows its employees, according to the Great Place to Work Institute. The institute presented the company with one of its first five Innovation Awards for Excellence in Respect.
