Proctor Medal Given to Psychophysics Scientist
York, Ontario-David M. Regan, PhD, DSc, of York University in York, Ontario, was the 2001 recipient of the Proctor Medal, which honors an investigator for his/her notable contributions in the basic or clinical sciences as applied to ophthalmology.
