Ophthalmology Resources launches enhanced Web site

Clinton, CT-Ophthalmology Resources, a consulting firm that specializes in developing dispensaries for ophthalmology, has launched a newly designed Web site at http://www.ophthalmologyresources.com/. Among its many features, the site shows examples of several of new dispensaries and details the projects that Pamela B. Fritz, Ophthalmology Resources president, had a role in developing.

At the Web site, details are available on the diverse consulting services that Ophthalmology Resources offers to dispensing MDs nationwide. "Many MDs have been dispensing for a number of years and are facing the challenge of moving their optical operation into the truly significant profit center that it can be. This may mean a remodel, new hires, computerization, or an entire restructuring of the optical department including inventory and lab outsourcing," Fritz added.

An additional service is a confidential e-mail news alert service. When important data are released, such as changes in Medicare post-cataract eyewear or any other optical industry information that would be of interest to clients/subscribers, clients will be notified. Various data forms for use in the dispensary will also become available for purchase through the Web site.
