Ogino appointed as new Topcon president
Topcon Medical Systems announced the appointment of Shigehiro Ogino as its new president. Ogino joins TMS from Topcon Corp. in Tokyo, Japan, and has held many international assignments throughout his career with the company.
Chicago-Topcon Medical Systems (TMS) announced the appointment of Shigehiro Ogino as its new president. Ogino joins TMS from Topcon Corp. in Tokyo, Japan, and has held many international assignments throughout his career with the company.
Ogino recently arrived in the United States with his wife and daughter and assumed his executive role as TMS president on April 20.
Nobu Ryu, who has led TMS for the past 3½ years, will return to Japan to assume a senior management role in Topcon's Eyecare Business Unit International Sales Division.
