A new machine for DSAEK

Key Points

Previously, the Moria ALTK manual microkeratome was the only machine available that could obtain homogenous posterior donor lamellae for this type of surgery. Two years ago, however, I began to use a new tool for this purpose: the Artificial Anterior Chamber for Amadeus II (AAC; Ziemer Group).
