Doylestown, PA—Moria Inc. has acquired the full line of single-use instruments from Fulcrum (Medical Devices) Ltd., which have been sold under the trademark "ONE."

Doylestown, PA-Moria Inc. has acquired the full line of single-use instruments from Fulcrum (Medical Devices) Ltd., which have been sold under the trademark "ONE."

The acquisition includes all fixed assets, patents, trademarks, and inventories related to the ONE product line. Products include forceps, scissors, manipulators, and specula.

The products are manufactured in the United Kingdom and sold throughout the world. According to Moria, the disposable products would complement its existing line of reusable instruments.
