Atlanta-Robertson Optical Laboratories, which operates wholesale lab branches in Georgia and South Carolina, has been selected as one of two wholesale lab companies to be authorized distributors of Definity lenses by manufacturer Johnson & Johnson.

"We are very pleased with our partnership with J&J," said Gordon "Scotty" Scott Jr., vice president of one of Robertson's labs. "The number of Definity lenses sold in December and January showed a good response from both our existing customers and new customers."

The Definity progressive lens provides a "dual add" design and a wide corridor with minimal distortion. The lens is offered from the labs edged or uncut.
