On the eve of the first day Technolas Perfect Vision has revealed what it conceives to be two new groundbreaking laser procedures in the fields of cataract surgery and the treatment of presbyopia.
In a breakfast meeting on the first morning of the show, Carl Zeiss Meditec presented its solutions for cataract, refractive and retina applications with their motto of “creating what’s to come”.
Rayner Intraocular Lenses has been displaying the RaySert, a small incision IOL injector system, reported to enable surgeons to insert an IOL through a sub 2.5 mm incision.
