Atlanta-Four independent laboratories have qualified to perform in-house coating of Teflon Clear Coat lenses.

The labs are Expert Optics of Shorewood, IL; Cherry Optical of Melvindale, MI; Three Rivers Optical of Pittsburgh; and Robertson Optical of Loganville, GA.

Carl Zeiss Vision, which developed the Teflon Clear Coat with DuPont, celebrated the launch with gala events for eye-care professionals in each lab's market.
