DURAVYU Phase 3 DME trials COMO and CAPRI complete enrollment

EyePoint, Inc. has completed enrollment in COMO (NCT07449936) and CAPRI (NCT07449923), the two global Phase 3 trials of EYP-1901 vorolanib intravitreal insert (DURAVYU) in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME), the company announced July 30, 2026.¹ More than 480 patients were randomized across the 2 studies, with full enrollment reached in roughly 5 months—ahead of the company's projected timeline.¹ Topline 56-week data from both trials are anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2027.¹
