Diagnostics firm rejects Escalon stock offer

London-The board of Drew Scientific Group PLC, a diagnostics company specializing in the design, manufacture, sale, and distribution of analytical systems for laboratory testing, has rejected Escalon Medical Corp.'s offer to trade its stock for Drew shares.
