Cole National, Luxottica merger approved
Stockholders of Cole National Corp. on July 22 voted to approve the merger agreement with Luxottica Group SpA. The merger was approved by approximately 99.5% of the Cole National shares voting, representing about 78% of the outstanding shares of the company's common stock.
