CIBA Vision named 'Vendor of the Year'

Atlanta—CIBA Vision has been named by Luxottica Retail as Contact Lens Vendor of the Year in the United States. The title was awarded to CIBA Vision based on criteria such as outstanding customer service, marketing support, and product portfolio.

"We strive to offer our customers and consumers the most innovative products and services in the eye-care industry and are proud to have our efforts recognized by our colleagues within the eye-care segment," said Karen Gough, president of CIBA Vision's Americas region.

"CIBA Vision has consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service and product innovation focus in the contact lens category. It is this kind of vendor support that helps Luxottica Retail to achieve our high levels of customer satisfaction," added John Doran, senior director of Contact Lenses for Luxottica Retail.
