Changing roles: Alcon CFO Miller retires, Fouse rejoins company

H?nenberg, Switzerland-Alcon's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Charles E. Miller has retired after 22 years of service. He plans to spend more time with his family.
