AMO, Tracey Technologies update license agreement

Advanced Medical Optics gained worldwide, non-exclusive license to Tracey Technologies’ ray tracing wavefront technology under a new license agreement.

Advanced Medical Optics gained worldwide, non-exclusive license to Tracey Technologies’ ray tracing wavefront technology under a new license agreement.

The transaction allows AMO and Tracey Technologies to continue to work together in the future for their mutual benefit and for the benefit of their respective customers, the companies said in a joint statement.

The agreement replaces a prior agreement between Tracey Technologies and AMO’s predecessor, VISX.
