AMD, glaucoma rates to rise significantly by 2020
Washington, DC-The number of Americans over age 40 who are affected by blindness or low vision is expected to reach 5.5 million by the year 2020, according to a new study sponsored by the National Eye Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health.
