AAO volunteer program receives Gold Circle award

San Francisco-The American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) was honored for its volunteer leadership development program with the 2001 Gold Circle Award for Excellence and Innovation in Association Management. The academy's volunteer program has been in existence for 4 years-with support from Alcon, Allergan, Becton Dickinson, Merck & Co., Pharmacia, and Santen.
