Shortening the process: STAAR Surgical submits modules for PMA of ICL

Monrovia, CA-STAAR Surgical Co. has submitted two of the three modules of the pre-market approval (PMA) submission to the FDA for the implantable contact lens (ICL) ahead of schedule (see related story, Page 34).
