The RetCam Shuttle from Clarity Medical Systems is a transportable version of the company's RetCam digital retinal imaging system that enables maneuverability within hospitals or to affiliate hospitals and clinics.

The device allows digital images to be transferred directly to any networked system or to physician specialists for remote review and diagnosis.

Incorporating the transportable system into a diagnostic-care program enables accessibility to patients who require timely screening and follow-up exams, according to the company. Network access allows physicians to analyze time-sensitive data from any location using the company's proprietary review software.
