Preliminary trials with Light-Adjustable Lens are promising
San Francisco-April 13-The Light-Adjustable Lens (LAL) has entered humanclinical trials with promising results. Four humans-one blind and threewith sight-have received the lens, noted Robert K. Maloney, MD, chief medicalofficer, Calhoun Vision Inc, Pasadena, CA, who spoke at dinner gatheringin San Francisco.
