One's ability to read greatly improves after cataract surgery
San Francisco-In addition to the usual improvement in visual acuity, cataract surgery clearly produced relative improvements in many aspects of vision function and showed particularly dramatic positive consequences for reading, according to researchers at the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute (SKERI) here.
