The honor of presenting the 2003 Charles D. Kelman Innovator's Lecture has been given to anterior segment surgery pioneer Ioannis Pallikaris, MD. His presentation, entitled "Refractive Surgery, Quo Vadis," will be the concluding highlight of the Innovator's Session held from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
