IRS ruling: Allergan director leaves board to remain at AMO

Irvine, CA-William R. Grant has retired as a director of Allergan Inc. to fulfill Internal Revenue Service requirements that prohibit him from also serving as a director of Advanced Medical Optics (AMO) for more than 1 year after Allergan spun it off.
