Good vision achieved with IOL in high myopia
Brescia, Italy-Clear lens extraction with implantation of a foldable, multifocal IOL (Array SA40, Advanced Medical Optics Inc.) may be considered for correction of high myopia in select patients who are not good candidates for standard LASIK or phakic IOL implant, according to Pietro Giardini, MD.
