DLK rate similar in simultaneous, sequential LASIK
San Francisco-When diffuse lamellar keratitis (DLK) occurs in one eye of a patient who has undergone LASIK, it may occur in 15% to 20% of fellow eyes after LASIK, regardless of whether the surgery is performed simultaneously or sequentially, according to Vivien M. Tham, MBBS.
