Collection management myths can be overcome

As office managers repeatedly tell us, everyone now knows it's illegal to call patients at work about their past due accounts. And it's harassment to call them at night or on the weekends too. So, the best thing to do with these folks is keep sending the collection letters and statements with colored stickers on them.
