Bausch & Lomb ranked 35th on DiversityInc magazine's Top50 Companies for Diversity list. This is the third straight yearthat the company has earned its place on the list.

Bausch & Lomb ranked 35th on DiversityInc magazine's Top 50 Companies for Diversity list. This is the third straight year that the company has earned its place on the list.

More than 250 corporations participated in this year's national survey on corporate diversity. In a change from previous years, companies were evaluated on the basis of consistent strength in four categories: human capital, CEO commitment, corporate communications, and supplier development.
