Adjustable sutures viable in pediatric strabismus surgery
Baltimore-The adjustable suture technique undertaken the day of strabismus surgery allows surgeons another chance to align the muscles, thus increasing the chances for success in selected patients, said Marlet G. Bazemore, MD, during the Current Concepts in Ophthalmology meeting, sponsored by Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine here.
