AAO establishes fund in honor of Charles Kelman, MD

The board of directors of the Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology has created the Charles D. Kelman, MD, Cataract Education Fund, in honor of the pioneer of modern cataract surgery who died June 1 from lung cancer at the age of 74.
