Chicago-The American Association of Dispensing Ophthalmologists Inc. (AADO) hosted a special reception on Sunday evening for all dispensing ophthalmologists attending this year’s American Academy of Ophthalmology.

The event, held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, offered dispensing ophthalmologists an opportunity to network with others in the field. The AADO is a non-profit organization that brings together ophthalmologists and management staff for the purpose of education in the area of optical dispensing. The association holds conferences that provide an opportunity for ophthalmologists who wish to pursue optical dispensing in their practices to do so in the company of their peers with similar interests. AADO faculty also present programs that support the development, training, and expansion of optical dispensing in an ophthalmology practice.

The reception was hosted by AADO corporate members, including Carl Zeiss Vision, Compulink, Ophthalmology Times, Safilo USA, and Soderberg Inc.

Free dispensing consultations are also available from AADO at Booth 1903.
