Share your Expert Insight with other Ophthalmology Times Readers.

Do you have a VALUABLE INSIGHT your colleagues should hear about?

An UNUSUAL case report, Anecdotal information about an INNOVATIVE treatment, A PRACTICAL SOLUTION for a thorny professional problem?

Submit your “expert insight” in 200 - 300 words along with a photo (up to 5 photos per entry) for a chance to win valuable medical equipment, supplies and educational books for your practice AND to be published in an issue of Ophthalmology Times.

All submissions-along with a credit of your name / practice-will appear on Ophthalmology Times’ Web site.

Three submissions will be published in a print edition of Ophthalmology Times later in 2008.

HOW TO ENTER

All entries must be received by June 15, 2008.

Submit up to 300 words and up to 5 photos. All submissions must be accompanied by an entry form and photo release form(s) if applicable. All photos become property of Advanstar Communications, Inc.

Requirements for Entry:

  • Completed Entry Form

  • Photo(s)

  • Photo submissions must be accompanied by the appropriate License Agreement in addition to the completed entry form.

Complete forms and return via fax – 201-690-5410 – or mail (see below).

Submit your (1 – 5) photo(s) no larger than 10 MB total and 200 - 300 words via email using the “SUBMIT STORY” button below. Entry form and license agreements can then be faxed to 201-690-5410 or mailed (see below).
