Corneal flap stretching at slit-lamp recommended

Long Island, NY-Stretching the flap with a cotton-tip applicator at the slit-lamp during the immediate postoperative period is a simple, safe, and effective technique for reducing visually significant flap striae, according to Sima Doshi, MD.
