Accommodative IOL Offers Vision Similar to Monofocal
LOS ANGELES-Although the AT-45 accommodative IOL (CrystaLens, C&C Vision) has a small, 4.5-mm optic, it does not appear to be associated with reduced contrast sensitivity or increased risk of glare-related symptoms, said D. Michael Colvard, MD, associate clinical professor, University of Southern California School of Medicine, Los Angeles.
