Volk Optical, Optos partner for new program

Mentor, OH-Volk Optical and Optos have partnered to offer a new Targeted Ophthalmoscopy program, which promotes the use of traditional slit lamp examination in conjunction with the Optomap Retinal Exam for the most thorough and effective retinal exam.

Mentor, OH-Volk Optical and Optos have partnered to offer a new Targeted Ophthalmoscopy program, which promotes the use of traditional slit lamp examination in conjunction with the Optomap Retinal Exam for the most thorough and effective retinal exam.

The program calls for three steps:

Two of Volk Optical's new Digital Series lenses are packaged with an Optomap system, thereby combining all of the tools necessary for the diagnostic program. By combining a slit lamp exam using these lenses with the Optomap retinal exam, the opportunity to diagnose and treat conditions accurately is greatly improved.
