OCuSOFT constructing new headquarters in Texas

OCuSOFT officially kicked off construction of its new corporate headquarters in Rosenberg, TX, with an April 13 groundbreaking ceremony.

Richmond, TX-OCuSOFT officially kicked off construction of its new corporate headquarters in Rosenberg, TX, with an April 13 groundbreaking ceremony.

The 20-acre project will consolidate all existing operations into one location and will include a 70,000-square-foot campus with three buildings and additional room for expansion. Initial plans for the campus feature an atrium, fitness center, banquet-sized common areas, full-service kitchen, and deep well dock for freight.

“The new . . . campus is a dream come true for all of us,” said Cynthia L. Barratt, president and chief executive officer of the company. “We know that the sheer logistics will improve efficiencies and productivity. It will be wonderful to have the team together again under one roof.”
