The Ocular Surface journal has new owner

The Ocular Surface, a quarterly peer-reviewed journal focusing on the external eye and vision, has been acquired by Elsevier.

New York City-The Ocular Surface, a quarterly peer-reviewed journal focusing on the external eye and vision, has been acquired by Elsevier.

The journal formerly was published by Ethis Communications Inc.

The Ocular Surface contains reviews of work in laboratory science, clinical science, and clinical practice related to the external eye and vision, along with coverage of ongoing studies, patents pending, and conference highlights.

“We are very pleased to start working with Elsevier,” said Gary N. Foulks, MD, editor-in-chief of the journal. “Together, we will bring The Ocular Surface to a new level of excellence in serving our professional community.”
