Nassau Vision, Nikon Optical enter distribution agreement

Northvale, NJ—Nassau Vision Group has entered into a distribution agreement with Nikon Optical USA Inc. Nassau Vision Group will distribute Nikon lens products through its New Jersey distribution center.

Northvale, NJ-Nassau Vision Group has entered into a distribution agreement with Nikon Optical USA Inc. Nassau Vision Group will distribute Nikon lens products through its New Jersey distribution center. The product line will be rolled out gradually to other Nassau Vision Group branches throughout the United States.

"I'm very pleased that Nassau was selected to bring this technology to the eye-care community. Nikon lenses will improve visual perception for the consumer and we at Nassau are proud to be part of this project," said Michael Pildes, president of Nassau Vision Group.

The new product line consists of finished single-vision lenses in 1.50, 1.67, and 1.74. Lenses come standard with Nikon's two-sided, scratch resistant, easy-to-clean, anti-reflective coating. The Nikon single-vision line also includes a polycarbonate aspheric, hard-coated version.
