Implantable IOP sensor aims to overcome deficiencies of current monitoring techniques
Ft. Lauderdale-Researchers with multidisciplinary expertise are collaborating to develop a miniature, implantable sensor that could continuously monitor IOP.Leon G. Partamian, MD, of the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA, described the rationale for developing such a device and the results obtained in the early stages of investigation.
