The Glaucoma Research Foundation’s Glaucoma 360 Annual Meeting is on the horizon. The event, which spans 3 days and is loaded with numerous educational and networking opportunities covering all aspects of glaucoma diagnosis, treatment, technological updates, and treatments in the industry pipeline, will run from Thursday February 8 to Saturday February 10, 2024, at the Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square, 335 Powell Street, San Francisco.

The highlight of the 3 days is by far the Annual Gala held on February 8 from 6 to 9 pm Pacific Standard Time. This is the principal fundraising event of the year for the Foundation. This year’s theme is Honoring Innovation.

The agenda for the black tie event is as follows:

  • 6:00 pm: President’s Reception
  • 7:00 pm: Dinner, Live Auction, and Awards Presentations
  • 9:00 pm: Innovators Circle Afterparty

The Foundation uses the Gala as an opportunity to celebrate individuals who have contributed substantially to eradicating glaucoma.

This year the Catalyst Award will honor recipients Judy and Charles Munnerlyn, philanthropists and laser vision pioneers.

The Visionary Award will go to the Zander Family, philanthropists and glaucoma advocates.

The President's Award recipient will be Patricia Caulfield, a visually impaired artist, patient advocate, and community leader.

Individuals interested in attending the Gala can register online.
